Newsletter sign-up (The Momentum Edit)
When you sign up to The Momentum Edit we collect your first name and email address. We use this to send you our weekly newsletter. We will only send you emails you have consented to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.
Enquiry form
When you complete the Work With Me enquiry form we collect your name, email address and information about your business needs. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list without your separate consent.
Calendar bookings
When you book a call or session through our booking system we collect your name, email address and any information you provide in the booking form. We use this to manage your appointment and send you confirmation and reminder emails.
Website analytics
We may collect anonymous data about how visitors use this website to help us improve it. This data does not identify you personally.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested or as required by law. If you unsubscribe from The Momentum Edit your email address is removed from our active mailing list. If you would like us to delete any personal data we hold about you, please email [email protected] and we will action your request within 30 days.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell, trade or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following trusted third-party platforms to operate our business, each of which has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements in place:
- Hubsy / GoHighLevel — CRM, email marketing and booking management
- Zoom — video call appointments
- Stripe — payment processing (where applicable)
